ecobirmingham are hosting this event to help raise vital funds for our Big Give – Green Match Fundrasing Campaign, enabling people to get outside more often, engage with nature and help change the culture of travel in Birmingham, one step or pedal at a time.
How to participate: Show us your donation confirmation on the day, and we’ll check you in.
Choose Your Fundraiser Activity:
LED WALK – approx 2-3miles
BIKE RIDE – approx 20miles
What to expect:
- A fun time discovering bike/walking friendly routes & connecting with people outdoors
- FREE Light refreshments/goodies will be provided
- All participants receive a FREE post ride beer* + an illustrated ’69wards by Bike or Foot’ map
- Led by qualified leaders
- Fun for all, nobody gets left behind. There will pit stops, chatting and smiles.
*Alcohol Free options available including local favourite – Sober Brummie

Your donation:
We have secured match funding through The Big Give! This means every £1 donated through our Big Give page between 22nd-29th April will be matched by £1 from the Big Give until we reach our goal of £3500!
We suggest a donation of £20pp for this event. All funds raised will help us with distribution and promotion of our 69 Wards walking and cycling maps, and provide FREE led rides/guided walks and route finding workshops. Enabling people to see the city differently, gain the knowledge and skills needed to leave the car at home and choose walking, cycling and public transport more often.
All participants are required to make a Pay-As-You-Feel donation. Show us your donation confirmation on the day, and we’ll check you in. You can do this via our Big Give Campaign Page or there will also be opportunity to donate by cash or QR code at the event. Your support means the world.
