Every Saturday: 31st July – 4th Sep

We are very excited to launch ‘Lets Cycle’ group rides, working in partnership with The Canal & River Trust and Civic Square. You are invited to join us for a led ride every Saturday from 31st July – 4th September, the rides will take you along the canal tow paths to explore some of the great green and blue spaces from the Floating Front Room at Port Loop, just outside Birmingham City Centre.

See our beautiful city differently and discover some great cycle friendly routes, hidden gems along the canal and how you can get from A to B by bike traffic free.

Over 6 weeks we will be exploring 3 different canal routes, led by qualified ride leaders.  ‘The rides will be between 5-7miles round trip, using mostly canals with a few cycle paths and small roads where needed to link up the routes. Led by qualified ride leaders, all starting from the Floating Front Room, Port Loop. Leaving promptly at 11am.

Dr Bike will be available from 10am, this is a FREE Bike check to make sure your bike is in good working order and safe to ride. This also includes minor tyre, gear and brake repairs from an experienced mechanic. Please allow plenty of time to see Dr Bike before joining the ride’
