We’re thrilled to bring another unforgettable day of nature connections for all our adventurous teens out there!
This October half-term we’re inviting all adventurous teenagers, aged 12-15, who want to continue their nature journeys, to join us at Birmingham Settlement’s awesome Nature & Wellbeing Centre by Edgbaston Reservoir.
The Young Bunch provides a safe, supportive and stimulating environment using Forest School principles.
The day will be supported by 2 x DBS-checked, experienced practitioners.
At the Young Bunch you can expect:

- Small group
- Freedom to explore the site and its wildlife
- To learn some useful nature skills such as woodworking or other nature crafts
- To help cook your own veggie, campfire lunch
- To make new, like-minded friends!

Getting there:
By bus: Numbers 11A and 11C stop on City Rd – A4040 – and numbers 12 and 13, from the city centre, stop on Rotton Park Rd, minutes away from the centre.
By tram: Edgbaston Village is ca. 30min walk away from the centre.
By car: Car share if possible!
Price: We believe that everyone should have access to the natural world and have the chance to learn more about it. We’re happy therefore to be able to offer pay-as-you-can places on all our activities.
Please note that you will have to enter a donation amount for each child/each date and complete their medical information for each booking.
