Roti Reinvented – Zero Waste Adult Cooking Class
Bread and flatbreads are everyday staples, but these products are also among the most wasted foods in UK homes. In fact, we throw away around 960 tonnes of bread every single day!
Join us for a fun, hands-on cooking class where we’ll give leftover rotis a new lease of life this autumn and show just how versatile they can be!
Together we’ll be making: ✨French Mini quiches – using roti instead of pastry ✨Mexican Quesadillas – using roti as a tortilla wrap ✨British Bread & Butter pudding with a roti twist!

NEW! Local Explorer Routes – Birmingham
The summer may have come to an end but with the changing of the seasons and autumn approaching it’s the perfect time to get outside and try our new walking and cycling routes. Join us this September and have fun discovering Birmingham and your local area by bike or foot.
DIY – Designed to be self guided these are a series of gentle walking and cycling routes highlighting local greenspaces, hidden gems, heritage sites and cool places to visit.

Stories 4 Nature
Good news!! Stories 4 Nature is coming back to the MAC (in Canon Hill Park) this September.
Join us for fun storytelling filled with smiles and the magic of the natural world, sensory adventures and nature crafts for preschoolers and their grown-ups!

Allens Cross Cooking Club
September Edition: Waste Less, Save More!
To celebrate Zero Waste Week, this FREE cooking class is all about wasting less, saving more and making the most of the food we already have.
We’ll be making a delicious savoury strata – a comforting bread-based dish that’s a brilliant way to transform leftover bread, vegetables and other surplus ingredients into a lovely autumn meal.
